Owner’s Background

In my high school days, I had a heavy substance abuse problem. I was angry at the world and God, so I drowned my sorrows in the next high. Substance abuse led me into a dark depression. Living was undesirable. In March of 2018 I attempted to disappear into the wilderness hoping nature would end my suffering, but something unexpected happened. When I was lost, literally, God found me and showed me His way is better. My heart goes out to people who struggle with drunkenness, alcoholism, and substance abuse who need a vice and I understand that many who struggle in this way do not want to hear about how great God is.

Our Mission

Passover Winery is on mission to plant seeds of the Gospel into the hearts of those who struggle, to speak God’s truth in the lives of our customers, to create a cheerful atmosphere of moderation, and to build people’s love for delightful beverages. It opens the door to conversations that may not be had otherwise. Jesus often dined and drank with the people of his time to build relationships and show them His love. At the Last Supper, the night before Passover, Jesus took a cup of wine and after he had given thanks for it, he gave it to his disciples and said “Drink from this all of you. This is my blood of the new covenant, shed for the forgiveness of sins. As often as you do this remember me.”

At Passover Winery we remember Jesus’ sacrifice and blood spilled for humankind!
